How to measure
- Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your trousers.
- Hip: around the widest part of your seat.
- Sleeve: from the centre back of your neck, over the shoulder and down to the wrist.
